Training plan

Modified on Sat, 20 Jul at 10:38 AM

Why

The training plan presents the activities needed to support the development of training materials, coordination of training schedules, reservation of personnel and facilities, planning for training needs, and other training-related tasks.

When

The Training Planning occurs typically after KUT and is updated after UAT in preparation for EUT and post Go Live Refresher and New Onboarding training.

How

Conduct a Training Needs Analysis with the Stakeholders to:

  1. Identify the current level of skills and knowledge and behaviours of the group that will be impacted.
    • What prerequisite knowledge do these groups need?
    • What are the training strategies?
    • What Knowledge Checks will be included in the Training?
  2. Identify requirements for a training program.
    • Who will do the training?
    • What time commitment will this involve?
    • What will be the preferred method of delivery?
    • What Training Materials are required?
