DETAILS

Follow the steps outlined in the Resolution section to log in to Microsoft CustomerSource for Sparkrock customers. If you encounter any issues with logging in, contact your CustomerSource administrator or Microsoft support for assistance.

RESOLUTION

Sparkrock customers have access to create cases directly with Microsoft through the CustomerSource portal. To log in to CustomerSource, follow these instructions:

  1. Request Access: Ask your organization's CustomerSource administrator to grant you access to the site. If you don't know your CustomerSource administrator or if your organization does not have a CustomerSource administrator, contact your partner or email itmbssup@microsoft.com for assistance.

  2. Log in Options: a. Organizational Account: Sign in with the account provided by your employer or school to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, Microsoft Social Listening, Office 365, or other Microsoft services. Contact your Organization account administrator to add you to your company’s Organizational account. b. Microsoft Account: Users of all other Microsoft Dynamics Products, sign in with the Microsoft account you use for OneDrive, Xbox LIVE, Outlook.com, Hotmail, or other Microsoft services. If you do not have a Microsoft account, one can be obtained by visiting the Microsoft account website. If you already have a Microsoft account, proceed to step 3.

  3. Link CustomerSource Profile: If you're a first-time CustomerSource user, link your CustomerSource profile with a Microsoft or Organizational account. After your CustomerSource administrator creates a CustomerSource user account, a system-generated email will be sent to the user from the email address of voice@microsoft.com. The user must open the email and click on the link to associate the user’s Microsoft/Organizational Account with the user’s CustomerSource account.

  4. Sign in to CustomerSource: Once your Microsoft or Organizational account is linked to your CustomerSource profile, you can sign in to CustomerSource using your credentials. https://mbs2.microsoft.com/customersourceapp/CustomerSourceCenter/default.aspx
