In Sparkrock 2016 HRP, there is a defect where the Mass Update Schedule Shifts report fails to complete successfully. This issue can cause inconvenience and hinder the efficient management of schedule shifts for employees. At present, there is no known fix available for this defect.

Resolution  

At the present, there is not a resolution, but a workaround. See more details under Workaround section.

Impact/Risk  

Check for all future shifts of employees who have had an HR request performed since the last schedules were posted

Workaround  

To work around this issue, customers are advised to manually update all future shifts of employees who have had an HR request performed since the schedules were posted. By making these updates, the Mass Update Schedule Shifts report will be able to run successfully and apply the necessary changes.
