Incident Summary:

- Impact: MySparkrock only displays "Welcome Guest" screen after you log in and it's not usable. Sparkrock 365 is working as expected.
Description:
Users can log in to MySparkrock but they will only see a "Welcome Guest" screen, the company selector is blank and therefore nothing can be done in the system.
Initial Communication:
An email was sent on April 25th to all Sparkrock 365 customers acknowledging the mySparkrock outage which lasted 2 hours. The SaaS/Infrastructure team had to redeploy the mySparkrock environments to fix an issue related to the link between mySparkrock and 365. Please note that Sparkrock 365 continued to work as expected and was not affected by this outage.
We understand the importance of mySparkrock to your operations and apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
Resolution:
MySparkrock got back online around 2:00 PM EST and it's now ready to be used again.
