Why

A readiness assessment identifies the potential challenges that might arise when implementing new procedures, structures, and processes within a current organizational context.

When

The Change Readiness Assessment is integral to managing and reinforcing change with planning occurring at an early stage in your project, typically after KUT.

How

A detailed readiness checklist is completed to ensure all elements of the change have been addressed:

  • Identify preliminary work to be assessed prior to implementation
  • Training needs analysis
  • Workforce capacity
