Details 

To assist Sparkrock in finding a resolution to an error that is encountered in mySparkrock, users are asked to submit the details of the error. To capture the error that is being prompted in mySparkrock, use the steps as per below in the Resoluation area.  

 

Resolution  

Please follow these steps to open the Dev Console in your browser and display the full error 

 

To open the Dev console: 

  1. To open the console in Edge/Chrome, press F12 or use this keyboard shortcut: Cmd + Option + J (on a Mac) or Ctrl +Shift +J (on Windows). 
  2. Click the "Console" tab in that window. 
  3. From there, repeat the action that is causing you trouble and take a full screenshot of the Console dialogue.
