Details

An auditor requires read only permissions to Sparkrock 365. The permissions required are listed in the Resolution area. 

 

Resolution

1. User needs to be assigned a ‘Dynamics 365 Business Central External Accountant’ license. 

2. A User Group should be created for the Auditor, sample as per below

 

3. The following permission sets should be included to the above User Group

  

4. Assign this User Group to the user. 

 

By following these steps, you can ensure that the external auditor has the necessary access to view transactions in Sparkrock365, while also preventing them from making any unauthorized changes to the company’s financial data. 

 

Impact / Risks   

Remember to remove the user license once the audit is complete.
