The issue stems from a recent maintenance update that requires a new permission for users encountering errors while trying to view HR Requests.

RESOLUTION

To resolve the "Time entry permission error," follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Open Sparkrock 365 and log in with a super user.
2. Navigate to the **'Roles and Permissions'** section.
3. Identify the user group(s) experiencing the error.
4. For each affected user group, add the following permission: - **Permission:** READ on SRT Time Entry Setup
5. Save the changes. By providing this permission, affected users should no longer encounter the error when attempting to access HR Requests.
