- Summary: Re-open button missing in submitted Expense Claim in MySparkrock after 21.0 update

Customers who have upgraded to Sparkrock update 21.0 may experience an issue where the re-open button disappears from a submitted (not yet approved) Expense Claim in MySparkrock. This Knowledge Base Article (KBA) provides steps to remediate this issue.
RESOLUTION
In Sparkrock 365 update 21.0, a configuration change is required to ensure the re-open button is available for a submitted Expense Claim in MySparkrock. Without this configuration change, the re-open button may disappear.
To remediate this issue, customers will need to check if the "MySparkrock" user has an entry and permissions in the User Setup table. If there is no entry for this user, they will need to add it with appropriate permissions.
Steps to add the "MySparkrock" user in the User Setup table:
- Log in to Sparkrock 365 as a user with appropriate permissions to access the User Setup table.
- Navigate to the User Setup table.
- Click "New" to create a new user.
- Enter "MySparkrock" as the username.
- Assign all permissions to the user.
- Save the user record.
Note: A picture is available to illustrate where the changes need to be made. Please refer to the picture to ensure correct configuration.
Once the "MySparkrock" user has been added with appropriate permissions, the re-open button should appear in the submitted Expense Claim in MySparkrock.
