In Sparkrock 365, a business environment consists of Microsoft and third-party apps that work together to provide various features to address different business needs. These apps require regular updates to add new functionalities and fix issues. The Manage Apps page in the Administration Center allows partners and local customer admins to manage these updates. Keeping your environment up to date ensures that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Resolution
Pre-Requisite: Access to the Admin Center is needed to complete next steps.
Follow these steps to update Sparkrock 365 Apps:
- Go to Settings in the upper right corner of Sparkrock 365 and select Admin Center.
- Open the Environments Tab.
- Select the Production or Sandbox copy of your Database.
- Click on the name of your Database.
- Click on Apps.
- Scroll down to the app that needs updating and ensure it says Up to Date on the right column.
- If the app requires updates, click on the Install Update link.
- Select Yes on the following message that comes up to schedule the update during off-hours.
