Restoring a Sparkrock 365 backup into a sandbox

Details  

This process can be followed when there is a need to review or export historical data without replacing SR365 Production. For example, if a table was deleted or some other data is missing from the production environment. After this process is complete, the data could be restored manually or using Config Packages into Production. Create a Support case if you require further assistance.

Impact / Risks  

Restoring the backup into a new sandbox is safe. Importing sandbox data into Production could be dangerous if done using Configuration Packages. Please create a Support case with Sparkrock Support if you have questions.
