There is a known issue in Sparkrock 2016 version 9.09.01, CU03, where the application crashes when scrolling with the middle button of the mouse. This issue can cause inconvenience and disruption to users during their daily operations. It is important to note that this issue does not occur in Sparkrock 365.
Resolution
To mitigate this issue, a workaround is available. You can disable the background scrolling feature in Windows. This will prevent the app from crashing when using the middle button of the mouse for scrolling. However, please note that this is only a temporary workaround.
For a permanent solution, it is recommended to update to the latest release of Sparkrock 2016, specifically CU39. This release includes a fix for the scrolling issue, but please be aware that updating to CU39 may require additional fees and all clients will need to be updated accordingly.
