Compensation Journal
- The Absence Quantity field was added to the Compensation Journal. This field is used to always bringing in normal earnings for the employee and then showing one or more reduction entries due to leave. This was done to support always bringing in normal earnings for the employee and then showing one or more reduction entries due to leave. The Compensation Journal now supports negative earnings. (7228)
- On the Compensation Journal, the Absence Tolerance % field was added to the Load Lines function's request page. When loading absences, if the absences create negative earnings (for example, for an unpaid day), this field specifies the minimum percent of earnings that the employee should still receive (for example, 20 for 20%). Absence records that are not loaded will be re-evaluated during the next pay cycle. (7195)
New Payroll Procedure Operations
- Two new payroll procedure operation events have been added:
- 005 - Per Pay Salary Amount with FTE Applied based on the filters set in the Payroll Processing Procedure.
