Sparkrock 365 users are receiving this message, as Since October 1st, 2022, Web Service Access Key is no longer supported in SR365/Business Central

Resolution

Important: This can only be fixed in Sparkrock 365 20.4 or 21.0

This issue is caused by at least one user in one of the environments (Production or sandbox) using web service access keys.

To resolve this issue, please create a case in Sparkrock's Support portal (*). Support will assist installing a Web Service Access Key Removal extension and remove all keys from all environments. The extension will need to be uninstalled afterwards.

*Please note that only users that have been invited to the Support portal will be able to create cases. 

Impact / Risks

There is no impact if users are not using the web access keys.

Workaround

Ignore these messages.
