Exporting user permissions as an Excel file

  • Summary: Steps needed to export user permissions as an Excel file for auditing or other purposes 

Details  

Most tables visible in Sparkrock UI have an option to export them as an Excel file. This is useful if the data needs to be shared with a user without Sparkrock 365 access. Please follow steps under Resolution.

 

Resolution  

To Export user permissions: 

  1. Navigate to Users 
  2. Find the correct user and click on the username to open the User Card 
  3. Expand User Permission Sets 
  4. Click the Share button, which should show the button Open in Excel (see image below).
