- Summary: Issue with switching from Limited Access User Role to Full Access User Role
DETAILS
This issue occurs in Sparkrock 365 when users are unable to switch from a Limited Access User Role to a Full Access User Role due to the Role Selection option not being available. This issue may be caused by preventive user personalizations or profile level customizations.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to the Role Selection page in Sparkrock 365.
- Notice that the Full Access User Role is not available for selection.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Review the customizations made at the profile level and identify any that may be causing the issue.
- Delete the identified personalizations or customizations.
- Refresh the Role Selection page to verify if the Full Access User Role is now available for selection.
IMPACT / RISKS
It is recommended to test the changes in a QA environment before applying them to Production to ensure proper functionality.
