DETAILS

This issue occurs in Sparkrock 365 when users are unable to switch from a Limited Access User Role to a Full Access User Role due to the Role Selection option not being available. This issue may be caused by preventive user personalizations or profile level customizations.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the Role Selection page in Sparkrock 365.
  2. Notice that the Full Access User Role is not available for selection.

 

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Review the customizations made at the profile level and identify any that may be causing the issue.
  2. Delete the identified personalizations or customizations.
  3. Refresh the Role Selection page to verify if the Full Access User Role is now available for selection.

 

IMPACT / RISKS

It is recommended to test the changes in a QA environment before applying them to Production to ensure proper functionality.
