Resolution

Step 1: Set Up the Accountant Role

  1. Access your Sparkrock 365 environment.
  2. Navigate to the "User Setup" page.
  3. Create a new user profile with the "Accountant" role.

Step 2: Invite the External Accountant

  1. On the "User Setup" page, select the "Invite External Accountant" option.
  2. Fill in the required information:
    • Name: Enter the accountant's name.
    • Email Address: Provide the accountant's email address.
    • Role: Set the role to "Accountant."

Step 3: Send the Invitation

  1. After completing the accountant's information, send the invitation. The accountant will receive an email with instructions on accessing your Sparkrock 365 environment.

Step 4: External Accountant Accepts the Invitation

  1. The external accountant will receive an email invitation.
  2. In the email, there will be a link to access your Sparkrock 365 environment.
