Details
Create purchase orders over several years, so that the amounts of future years do not appear in the budgets of the current year, and that each amount appears in the year of the budget allocated to it in the reporting and analysis report view.
Resolution
- Set up the accounting period for each year you need to report to.
- Set up the budget for each period you need to report to.
- On the Purchase Order lines set the encumbrance date to each period you need to report to and also set the expected receipt date on each lines also.
- When you check the reporting and analytics, the encumbrance and other dimensions reports to the budgert period filtered.
