Permission Errors when trying to work/access Purchase Documents

After the recent upgrade to version 25.3 users are experiencing issues to access Purchase Documents like Payment Requests, the errors are related to missing permissions and were introduced by the recent update, to fix this follow the steps below:

Adding the missing Tables to an existing Permission Set

Before starting with this process, locate a Permission Set that is used by all users that are having this problem.

1. Go to Permission Sets, locate the Permission Set you need to update.
2. Click on the pencil icon on top to enter edit mode.
3. Go to the permissions table and click on New Line
4. In the new line that appears enter the number 23022433 and mark Yes for Read, Insert, Modify, and Delete
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 but this time enter the numbers 23022434 and 23022436.
6. Once this is completed the users that have that permission set should reload their Sparkrock 365 page and then they should not receive the permissions issue anymore.

If you cannot locate a Permission Set used by all users then import it from the attachment, for that follow the steps below:

1. Go to Permission Sets and click on Import Permission Sets.
2. Complete the Import Process to have the new Permission Set created.
3. Add this new Permission Set to the Security Group the users having this issue belong to.
   1. Go to Security Groups.
   2. Select the line of the Security Group you want to edit and click on Permissions.
   3. In the window that appears add a new line with the new Permission Set.
4. Once this is completed the users that have that permission set should reload their Sparkrock 365 page and then they should not receive the permissions issue anymore.
