Check Add-in Deployment in NAV
Go to Departments > Administration > IT Administration > General > Control Add-ins.
Verify that the Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.BusinessChart add-in is listed.
If it is missing, it needs to be re-deployed from the installation package or imported manually.
