Details

If email notifications an error appears upon attempted submission of an item in mySparkrock, follow these steps to ensure required setup has been performed

 

Resolution

  1. In the Sparkrock 365 environment, go to Job Queue Entries and ensure the two Job queue entries highlighted have the following parameters:
    1. For Codeunit 1509 (Notification Entry Dispatcher)
      1. User ID must be MYSPARKROCK
      2. Job queue Category must be NOTIFYNOW
      3. No. of Minutes between runs should be 50,000
      4. Status must be Ready
      5. Delete any other entries for this Codeunit where status is Error
    2. For Codeunit 23022111 (mySparkrock Notif. Entry Disp) 
      1. Ensure it is run by an active super user
      2. No. of Minutes between runs should be 5
      3. Status must be Ready
