If the user is not able to access their Profile information and/or load HR Pages in mySparkrock, follow these steps to ensure required setup has been performed

 

Resolution

  1. If Profile does not load, go to Languages in Sparkrock 365, and ensure that there is at least one entry in this table.2. If the issue persists, Go to Payroll Setup in Sparkrock 365. Scroll down to the Payroll Users Setup FastTab and ensure that there is a line for the MYSPARKROCK user, and that it has been configured according to other Payroll Users in the environment.3. If Profile/HR Pages still do not load, Go to Payroll Setup in Sparkrock 365. Scroll down to the Payroll Users Setup FastTab and ensure that there is a line for the MYSPARKROCK user, and that it has been configured according to other Payroll Users in the environment.
