- Summary: Changing the role of a user from Team to Full User in Business Central
DETAILS
When using Sparkrock 365, you add licenses to users from within the Office 365 Admin portal. If the User is a Team User and later changed to a Full user, the user’s rights might not change in SR365.
Once you change the user's SR365 license, you need to update the SR365 license plan table too.

RESOLUTION
The issue seemed to be assigning the Essential license straight from the Team license. To bypass this ;
1. Assign the External license to the user first.
2. Unassign the external license, then assign the Essential license.
