Sparkrock is fully aware of the recent adjustments made to T4 and T4A slips concerning the National Dental Plan affecting Canadian customers. This KBA will explain how we have addressed these changes in our Sparkrock 365 and 2016 platforms.

Sparkrock 2016

For Sparkrock 2016, we have completed the necessary updates and contacted all our Payroll customers. The objects (code changes) have been provided to enable them to enter data in the new Box 45 and prepare T4s for the year 2023. Sparkrock 365

For Sparkrock 365 customers, the changes to allow data entry for Box 45 in the T4 forms will be deployed after the update to release 22.5 is completed. You should receive an update in early February on the emails with release notes sent every Monday.
