Details
The T4A exports play a crucial role in reporting income, especially for tax purposes. However, the current behavior is causing discrepancies in the "Other Income" field. When exporting T4A data to an XML file, the "Other Income" tag is being populated with the same data used for "Fee or Other Service" field". The correct behavior should be to populate the "Other Income" tag with the amount from Box 28 in Sparkrock 365.
Resolution
- Fix Deployment: A fix is being prepared and is scheduled for deployment by Saturday, February 10th.
- Validation: After deployment, verify that the "Other Income" field in the T4a XML file now correctly reflects the amount from Box 28.
Impact / Risks
