Employees may want to update their personal information stored in the system and to do so they can navigate to mySparkrock > My Self-Service > Profile, but this creates a question, what email is changed in Sparkrock 365 when users change their emails in MySparkrock?
Resolution
The only email that will be modified with this change in Sparkrock 365 is the private email from the Employee card. For more information about the Profile page please check the MySparkrock Profile page documentation.
