View the last known error in Sparkrock 365

  • Summary: Find the function calls leading to the last error received by user in Sparkrock 365 

 

Details  

When an activity results in an error in Sparkrock 365, finding the callstack of functions leading to the error would help the debugging team identify the cause more quickly. This information should be shared with the Support team, when reporting an error in the system. 

 

Resolution  

When encountering an error message in Sparkrock 365, the user may obtain more details from the callstack details, available from the Help & Support section under the Help (?) icon on the top right corner of Sparkrock 365 page; this information will be available in the “view the last known error” of the Help & Support page, under the Troubleshooting section. 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

Impact / Risks  

Not all error messages in SR365 will include details in the Callstack, as some validation errors may only be available on the page itself; in those cases, the help page will only show the message: “No errors have occurred since you last logged in
