Reviewing a log of all emails sent from Sparkrock can be helpful for troubleshooting and verifying various situations, such as approval requests, shift offers and trades, status updates for purchase documents, and confirming the distribution of notifications.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to User Email View Policies.
  2. Create a line for your User and set the corresponding Email View Policy. The underscore line specifies the configuration for all other users.
  3. Go to Sent Emails, and you will see a list of all emails sent from Sparkrock after the set date.
